In 1987, Linda Childs Hothem and her late husband Ron Hothem founded PACAM in San Francisco. Two years later, the operation expanded to Oakland and shortly thereafter was awarded the exclusive contract as operator of the Oakland Foreign Trade Zone. Directing the business development and marketing efforts in her organization, Linda works closely with import/export customers, U.S. Customs & Border Protection, customs brokers, and the shipping community at large. Linda received a Masters degree from the University of San Francisco and an undergraduate degree from Monterey Institute of International Studies. Linda studied for two years at the University of Barcelona and is fluent in Spanish. Linda is an active board member of the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones (NAFTZ) and International Warehouse and Logistics Association (IWLA).

Scott has 20 years of logistics and supply chain management experience developing and implementing customized business process outsourcing and technology solutions for Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies throughout North America.
Scott has held senior operations leadership positions with Circuit City Stores as Mid-Atlantic Director of Operations, Vice President of North American Distribution with high tech and consumer product distributor Merisel, Inc. and as Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions for the Automotive and Healthcare markets with Bertelsmann AG.

Bill has over 25 years of transportation and logistics management experience across a wide variety of industries and commodities and held senior operations and sales leadership positions with several third party logistics and transportation companies.
He has served as President of the Northern California chapter of the Warehousing and Educational Research Council(WERC), as well as a topic track chair for the WERC National Conference. In addition, Bill served as Vice President of Business Development for Sister City relations for the City of Oakland including trips to China and mayoral delegations to develop business between Oakland and Dalian, China.
